Our return policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour. Items will be returned to sender immediately. If you are looking to return a faulty or incorrect item please send us an email to email@example.com and we will have that sorted for you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. A refund will only be guaranteed if the item is returned within the time frames stated above, starting from the date on your delivery note. Any items received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address. If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Exchanges
We do not offer an exchange. All items returned within the correct time frame will receive a refund excluding delivery charges even if you received your item with free delivery. If you need an item in a different colour or different properties simply place a new order.
